We spend countless hours scouring vendors and products and reading customer reviews so that you don't have to. Our recommendations are based on what makes sense for short-term rentals. What you choose for STRs maybe different from what you would choose for your own personal home.

For example, open-shelved night stands for the bedrooms (vs drawers) allows guests to see their belongings, lessening the risk of them leaving something behind that you then have to take the time to find and ship. Upholstered headboards, while they look great, are not ideal for STRs. If they get stained or torn, they are not quick and easy to replace. Using a headboard made of wood or iron can easily be wiped down, making cleaning time much quicker so that your new guests can check in.

The owner walks us through their property - starting from entering from outside and walking through the door, so that we get the full experience from start to finish. We will look at decor, colors, themes, condition and placement of furnishings, number of and location of electrical outlets, review your home manual (if you have one), have you talk through how your cleaning is done, any special features or offerings, etc. We will provide you a checklist in advance of our video walkthrough so you can be fully prepared and maximize our time together.

After the video walkthrough, we will provide you an assessment of any recommendations we have that will make your property more visually appealing, user-friendly, safer, more efficient, cleaner, and more accommodating.Â
This is for those STR owners who want to take their property to the next level.
An owner would pay to fly us to your location, put us up in your rental (no charge to us) so that we can experience your property from a guest's perspective. We immerse ourselves and experience your property how a guest would. We will identify areas for improvement and provide you a recommendation assessment as well as mood boards for each room for which we have style recommendations.
Our services and products are for any short-term rental owners, whether it be Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, etc.
We have a form that you will fill out with general information about your property and local area. If you have any current branding for your property, we will include that. Our designers will then design your manual that you will receive as a PDF file that you can then print as needed. We recommend that you print each page and place each page in a plastic sleeve and put all pages into a binder. This helps to keep it organized and also safe from wear and tear.
